An Inside Out Church
St. Matthew's Episcopal Church does not worship in a traditional church building, nor does it own property. (See our HISTORY page to learn how we got here.) Our hub is an historic home in the heart of Uptown Westerville at 30 E. College Avenue. We call it the Pray Think Love House, and it is home to our offices, plus we offer free space for non-profits to hold meetings, seminars, classes and more.

We also hold community presentations and meditative sessions here that are open to the public. (See EVENTS.)
We WORSHIP on Sunday mornings at Otterbein University's chapel located at 88 Cochran Alley offering two services with Eucharist at both.

We are sometimes caled an inside-out church. Since we do not have the burden of maintaining a large church building, St. Matt's folks are free to find where we are needed outside the church in inside our community...meeting folks where they are, making friends without a hidden agenda to help us pay a mortgage (wink).

Our members are dedicated to serving Christ through weekly worship, regular fellowship gatherings, joining community service projects, utilizing prayer partners, and reaching out to the disenfranchised.

In addition to all the above, St. Matthew's offers a free book printing service to non-profits and individuals. Contact us for more information.
